About me

I have worked as a counsellor since 2000, comprising work in private practice, Victim Support, in a hospice and in schools.

In private practice client issues have included:

· Depression
· Anxiety
· Phobias
· Personal development
· Low self esteem
· Life changes
· Relationship difficulties
· Sexuality
· Students of counselling

With Victim Support, I gained considerable experience working with victims of crime, domestic violence and assault. I was able to help clients with the anxiety and depression which often follows such a traumatic event.

As a hospice counsellor I have experience working with family members suffering bereavement after the death of a loved one.

In schools, I have worked with children from primary to secondary level, and also with their parents, carers and teachers.
